Philosophy:

Sometimes life just doesn’t seem to be going your way, you feel overwhelmed, or you are seeking self-improvement. Whatever your reason, you are searching for a good match for you because therapy is a very personal endeavor. My goal is to work with you in a collaborative manner in a safe, judgement free environment. You have the strength within you to make positive changes. I view therapy as walking beside you on your journey. Sometimes you may need advice on which step/path to take, and sometimes you just want someone to talk to along the way. My goal is to assist you in accomplishing whatever goal you may have by drawing upon your strengths. I cherish the opportunity to walk along with clients on their journey.
